Engineers Without Borders Germany (Ingenieure ohne Grenzen) was established in 2003.
With the help of regional partners and by taking into account the local needs, Engineers Without Borders Germany supports the construction and development of basic societal and public infrastructure. Amongst various other engagements, the organisation works primarily in the fields of water supply, sanitation and renewable energies. EWB Germany uses tailored technology in order to meet the people’s needs.
The organisation is also actively engaged in Germany for contributing towards global learning by raising awareness, informing others about the challenges of cooperation for developmental work and providing a comprehensive approach on global contexts.
